WELCOME!

Oona Moon Earth is the emergence of death care, flower practices, and Earth art rituals ~ a way of being, a communion of values, a space to deepen and widen with love.

Adorning life and death, bringing beauty home to our bodies, hearts and the Earth.

Hi sweet friends,

I am Claire Moon Carlomagno, the creator of Oona Moon Earth. I live in Sonoma, California on Coast Miwok and Southern Pomo lands where I have been eating marigolds since before walking and talking ~

In 2013, I fell in love with the Earth through farming and stewarding land.

Listening to the seasons while caring for plants, awoke a seed of deep devotion and healing within me.

Cooking in community, watching the rising moon over the mountain, and harvesting my food, became a feral awakening of a more true way of being. Of beauty. Of what is possible.

I began to study plants and their medicine ~ learning their languages and gifts. Singing their songs, and dreaming their dreams.

The flowers and energetic medicine became my love, my specialty, my heart's calling. Channeling poems, reading stories, attuning to the mystery, and making essences became the root of my practice.

9 years ago, I began studying both the human body, and subsequently the clay body in 2022. Finding my hands; weaving essences, biodynamic craniosacral, and ancestral rituals into my practice as a death doula.

Alongside this, I have taught everything from folk herbalism, flower essences, gardening, sewing and art to thousands of students of all ages. What a gift it all continues to be. Thank you for being here with me.

The Earth’s purpose is my purpose. In the lineage of frog women, spicy Sicilians, and Oak tree mystics, the Earth and flowers remain my most sacred inspirations. Books are a close second. And you too, Moon.

With Love,
